Arts and Letters “What’s Next?” Week - September 26 - 29

A career week dedicated to the Arts and Letters student.  Learn about finding internships, exploring graduate school and post-graduate service options, and attend a mini-career fair on Thursday, September 29 with up to 15 employers participating.


Exploring, Finding, and Funding Your Internship or Summer Experience – Monday, September 26

Time/Location:  5:30 – 6:45 pm in LaFortune Ballroom  (casual attire)

Three, 20-minute rotations to:

  • Learn about exploring careers through Notre Dame’s Job Shadow,  Externship, and Arts and Letters Business Boot Camp programs
  • Gain the tools to find the perfect internship
  • Educate yourself about the various funding programs on campus

Thinking about Graduate and Professional School? – Tuesday, September 27

Time/Location:  6:30 – 8:00 pm in LaFortune Ballroom (casual attire)

  • Gain valuable knowledge about the decision to attend graduate/professional school from a panel of experts
  • Learn how to make your graduate school applications stellar
  • Discover what to expect in graduate or professional school

 Post-Graduate Service Fair – Wednesday, September 28

Time/Location: 5:00 – 8:00 pm in the Joyce Center Concourse

Open to all majors and sponsored by the Center for Social Concerns

Landing Your Job or Internship: Employer Networking Fair – Thursday, September 29

Time/Location:  6:30 – 8:30 pm in Club Naimoli at the Purcell Pavilion (business attire)

Keynote Speaker: Patrick Rogers '86

  • Bring your resume and meet with company representatives who value your Arts and Letters background
  • Learn about internship and job opportunities
