There are many job boards and research databases available online. The Career Center can help you locate additional job boards and research sites specific to your job search.

Career Center Online Library

The Career Center has assembled a comprehensive Online Library providing Notre Dame students access to top notch resources including CareerSearch and Vault, among others. These resources have been purchased by The Career Center and require a Notre Dame NetID and password for access.

Notre Dame’s Business and Company Resource Center can provide you access to databases of professional associations, including:

  • Encyclopedia of Associations: National Organizations of the U.S.
  • Encyclopedia of Associations: Regional, State, and Local Organizations
  • Encyclopedia of Associations: International Organizations

To access these listings, please visit the Business and Company Resource Center and complete the following steps.

  1. Click “Advanced Search”
  2. Select “Associations” in the “Content Area”
  3. Enter the type of association you are looking for in the search box (i.e. public relations)
  4. Click “Search”

This will produce an association listing. Please note that each Association self-describes their activities. You may want to complete several searches using different keywords for more complete association listings.
