    On-Campus Career Fairs

    The Career Center sponsors or co-sponsors four career fairs on campus annually. These events offer students the opportunity to meet and network with employers in a variety of industries. Employers also have the option to interview students the day following each fair.

    Fall Career Expo

    Wednesday, September 10, 2008
    4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
    Joyce Center Fieldhouse

    The Fall Career Expo (FCE) is held every fall in mid-September. This fair covers a myriad of majors and industries for students to explore. First Year Students and Sophomores are encouraged to attend the fair to network and find possible internships for underclassmen. Juniors and Seniors should visit and seek out employers that are looking to hire juniors for internships and seniors for full-time positions. Masters and Ph.D. candidates are welcome to attend as well.

    Engineering Industry Day

    Thursday, September 18, 2008
    Networking Reception: 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
    Career Fair: 5:00 – 8:30 p.m.
    Heritage Hall, Joyce Center

    Co-sponsored by the College of Engineering, Society of Women Engineers, the Joint Engineering Council, and The Career Center, this fair provides employers the opportunity to meet both undergraduate and graduate students from our engineering programs, including Aerospace Engineering, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Geosciences and Mechanical Engineering.

    Winter Career and Internship Fair

    The Winter Career & Internship Fair (WCIF) is held every winter in late January or early February. This fair also covers a myriad of majors and industries for students to explore. Freshman and sophomores are encouraged to attend the fair to network and find possible internships for underclassmen. Juniors and Seniors should visit and seek out employers that are looking to hire juniors for internships and seniors for full-time positions. Masters and Ph.D. candidates are welcome to attend as well.

    Held annually in conjunction with the Winter Career and Internship Fair.

    Architecture Career Fair

    The Notre Dame Architecture Fair is held every March. This fair is open to all Notre Dame architecture students.

    Off-Campus Career Fairs

    Notre Dame’s Career Center partners with a number of organizations to provide our students with additional career fair opportunities to connect with employers in a variety of geographic areas.

    Career and Internship Connection

    The Career and Internship Connection Career Fairs allow students the opportunity to network and interview with employers in five major cities: New York, Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco, and Boston, over the winter break.

    Big East Live Career Fair

    Career Centers from the Big East Conference schools have joined together to offer this unparalleled recruiting event. Students and alumni with any major or degree from participating schools are eligible to attend. Employers from a variety of career fields offer employment and internship opportunities.

    Big East e-Fair

    The e-Fair is an entirely Internet-based job fair, open to all students from the Big East Conference schools. Employers are invited to post full-time opportunities as well as internships.

    Hire Big 10 + Career Fair

    Each April, the Hire Big Ten Plus Consortium hosts our Spring Career Fair on the University of Chicago’s Hyde Park campus. Over 80 employers from a wide range of industries attend this fair to recruit students from all consortium member institutions.

    Indiana Careers Consortium Career & Internship Fair

    Each March, the Indiana Careers Consortium, of which Notre Dame is a member, hosts a spring career & internship fair for students of ten area Indiana colleges and universities. The event is held on the campus of Indiana University of South Bend and boasts over 125 employers each year primarily representing the northeast section of Indiana.
