Nondiscriminatory Policy
The University of Notre Dame does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin, sex, disability, veteran status or age in the administration of its educational programs, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, athletic and other school-administered programs or in employment.
All employers who recruit Notre Dame students and alumni through the University’s Career Center office are expected to have similar non-discriminatory policies.
The University of Notre Dame has sole discretion regarding access to the Notre Dame Career Center and any of its resources by employers, and may decide to prohibit or remove such access to any specific employer, groups of employers, or agent(s)/representative(s) of any employer(s) at any time for any reason.
Further, employers are expected to abide by the provisions of the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and process resumes only through those representatives who are directly involved with hiring. Accordingly, the resumes may not be transferred to any other person or institution without the written consent of the applicants.
