On-Campus Recruiting

The Career Center coordinates all on-campus recruiting for undergraduate and graduate students, with the exception of MBA and Law students. We use a preselect, web-based interview scheduling system – Go IRISH – powered by the NACElink Network.

You can manage your on-campus recruiting efforts online – from schedule set-up and job entry through candidate selection and notification to printing your final schedules. Students have access to your online recruiting information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

To get started, request on-campus interview dates through Go IRISH by clicking “Create New OCR Schedule Request” under the Quick Links heading on the Go IRISH home page.

For assistance, contact the Employer Relations staff: Jeanie Martz at (574) 631-4057 or Kathy Beaton at (574) 631-4052.

Employer Information Sessions

Many organizations host presentations and/or pre-night receptions as part of their recruiting efforts. Due to high demand for presentation space on campus and the limited number of evenings during the recruiting cycle, we recommend companies reserve presentation space as soon as possible. For information concerning available dates, venue options, prices and reservation policies, please contact Consuela Howell at (574) 631-9915.

Study Abroad Interview Policy

There are no phones in our interview rooms – therefore – it is important that you do not preselect students that are studying abroad for on-campus interviews.

We encourage you to make alternate arrangements for these very talented students and consider phone interviews from your site on a date other than your on-campus interview date. Students have been instructed to make it clear in their cover letters and/or resumes if they are studying abroad.
