Alumni Career Assistance

For young alumni (0-3 years from their undergraduate degree) seeking assistance in their job search, please review the links below to obtain Alumni Career Assistance. Other ND alumni are asked to contact the Alumni Association (574-631-6000) for resources tailored for experienced job seekers.

Alums can now access CareerShift to aid in their job search. Log-in to Irish Online and select Career Resource and Career Shift links from the left hand column.

Recruiting at Notre Dame

If you are interested in hiring other Notre Dame Alumni, please complete the following to access the myNotreDame system accessible by University Alumni:

  1. Visit myNotreDame
  2. Click “Login” (or register if you have not previously used myNotreDame as an alum)
  3. Select “Jobs” and then “Post a Job”

The ONWARD portal will allow you to create an account to post jobs to the system at no charge. Questions about myNotreDame or ONWARD should be directed to the Notre Dame Alumni Association at (574) 631-6000.
